The HOTEL**** Parco San Marco Beach Resort & SPA and the RESIDENZA San Marco are situated in the middle of a beautiful park of 30'000 m² slightly out of the small village of Cima di Porlezza in Italy, at the East point of Lake Lugano.

Only 15 km from Lugano and same distance from Menaggio on Lake Como, 60 km north of Milan, the ideal location for wonderful excursions in the Tessin, to the north-italian lakes, to the Engadine or to Milan.

81 spacious Studios and Suites as well as in the RESIDENZA with 31 independent apartments, all with terrace or balcony, provide an incredible view on Lake Lugano, the mountains and the forests. As far as the gastronomic side, we have two restaurants, a Grottino as well as different bars. The whole family can enjoy wellness and relaxation in the park, at the beach, at the Meditation Pavilion, in the hammocks, in the wellness center or while enjoying the some sport activities.

In 2003, the HOTEL**** Parco San Marco Beach Resort & SPA was distinguished from the Swiss Tourism Office with the Quality 1 label, which means constant attention and high quality of service. In addition, the hotel has acquired the right, based on the classification of the Hôtellerie Suisse, to use the label "Wellness Hotel". Since the summer 2001, the hotel is managed by the swiss, Franklin P. Haller.

The whole concept was built in two phases and was finished in 1999. The HOTEL**** Parco San Marco Beach Resort & SPA and the RESIDENZA San Marco are both open during seven months from end of March/begining of April until end of October.
